Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept multiple payment options including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Q: How can I modify or cancel my order?
A: Please send an email to support@mahjongbank.com as soon as possible with your order number and request details. Please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: How is shipping calculated?
A: We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
Q: Where do you ship to?
A: At this time, we only support shipping to addresses within the United States. We do not currently ship internationally.
Q: How long does processing and delivery take?
A: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days after shipment.
Returns & Refunds
Q: Can I return my order?
A: Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and include the original packaging and proof of purchase.
Q: How do I start the return process?
A: Please email us at support@mahjongbank.com, and we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
Q: How long does the refund process take?
A: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and automatically credited back to your original payment method.
Products & Inventory
Q: What if I received a damaged item?
A: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately via email and include photos along with your order details. We will assist you with a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
Q: Do you have a physical store?
A: Currently, Mahjongbank operates as an online-only platform and does not have a physical retail location.
